NORBY ARTE · Legal
Terms & Conditions
NORBY ARTE terms covering orders, personalization, payment, delivery and consumer rights.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Pre-launch notice: the seller’s legal name, tax number (NIF), registered address and email have not yet been supplied. These disclosures must be completed before sales open. Customer support is currently available on WhatsApp: +351 962 026 220.
1. Seller and scope
NORBY ARTE — Eternal Bonds is the store’s trading name. Its legal operator is awaiting confirmation. These conditions set out the intended terms of consumer sales; they do not identify a legal seller or constitute a completed contract of sale.
Customer support: WhatsApp +351 962 026 220. The legal seller’s identity, geographical address, NIF and email must be available before you are asked to commit to a purchase.
2. Current store status
Online checkout and payments are not yet enabled. Adding an item to your cart or entering personalization does not place an order, reserve stock, authorize payment or create a sales contract.
Current prices, ratings and some promotional messages are illustrative and have not been verified as live commercial offers. Some product imagery and videos are AI-generated illustrations. Final product specifications, authentic images where available, prices and offer conditions must be confirmed before sale; illustrative ratings are not verified customer reviews.
3. Products, personalization and future orders
Before sales open, each offer must identify the item’s essential characteristics, materials, dimensions, finish, personalization options and any applicable withdrawal exception. Images may vary with screen settings, but this does not excuse a failure to supply goods matching the agreed description.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Check all engraving details and contact information before confirming an order. When ordering becomes available, the order steps, correction options, binding payment obligation and acceptance process will be explained before submission, and the agreed terms will be provided in a durable format.
4. Prices and payment
Confirmed selling prices will be displayed in euros, including applicable taxes. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges must be disclosed before you commit to an order. No payment method is currently available on this website.
Payment methods, confirmed discount conditions and any eligibility restrictions must be published before checkout opens. There is no obligation to pay merely for browsing or adding an item to your cart.
5. Production and delivery
Destinations, production times, shipping prices and delivery estimates are not yet confirmed. Personalized production time and transport time will be stated separately before purchase.
For future sales, delivery will take place within the agreed period or, where none is agreed, within the statutory period, normally no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. The risk of loss or damage normally remains with the seller until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to the legal exception for a carrier independently commissioned by you.
6. Returns, guarantees and liability
Eligible non-personalized distance purchases carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Clearly personalized goods may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal, but not from rights concerning lack of conformity. See Exchanges & Returns for the procedure, refunds and statutory guarantee.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The seller remains responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract.
7. Personal information
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the website’s current browser storage and contact channels. Information on any future checkout, payment, delivery or marketing providers must be added before those services collect personal data.
8. Complaints, applicable law and updates
Please contact us first if there is a problem; this does not prevent you from exercising legal remedies or submitting a complaint. The Complaints & Disputes page links to Portugal’s official complaints-book portal and consumer-dispute information. The seller’s registration and applicable dispute-resolution entity must be confirmed before sales open.
For sales subject to Portuguese law, these conditions are interpreted in accordance with that law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection of the law applicable in their country of habitual residence or of access to competent courts. Future updates do not retrospectively change an existing contract or reduce statutory rights.
